The Privacy manager, RJA Financial Services is a business which allows Banks, funders, lenders, mortgage managers etc to connect their products to the public through and act as a commercial referral resource, for home loans, investment loans and other financial services. As such we respect your privacy and work hard to safeguard the security of your personal information.

Personal Information; What is it?

Personal information is any information such as your name, address, or telephone number that may identify you, or by which your identity can be reasonably determined.

Other information we need to collect to provide our service includes credit and finance information.Your Personal Information is never sold to Third Parties.

We do not sell any personally-identifiable information or lists or any other information collected by applications, telephone communications, fax, mail, e-mail or online on our web sites for random purposes.

Your right to stay anonymous.

You always have a right not to give personal information, as stated in the Privacy Act 1988 as amended.

However, because of the nature of the lending process, loans can only be generally granted on the basis of the security offered and the character and ability to repay of the persons applying for a loan. For this reason our service is unworkable without receiving actual personal, credit and finance information about you. We therefore destroy any application that does not contain accurate personal information.

We and our ISP use up to date techniques to ensure your information is secure, including encryption, firewalls and other technology and security procedures to help protect the accuracy and security of your personal information and prevent unauthorised access or improper use.
How we Collect your Information.

We will only collect information relevant to our business relationship with you. The information we collect from you may include contact details, personal details, financial information and information about your use of finance and other associated products and services including financial services and risk management. This is done solely for the aim and purpose of best meeting your particular needs.

We collect information by phone, mail, e-mail as well as online by asking you for it. For example, when you apply for a loan, special offer or other promotion.
